False widow (cupboard spider?)
Submitted by: Chris Report: Took a photo of this little critter ages ago. Didn’t know what it was at the time but it looked slightly more sinister than the average house spider. Not sure but this one looks more like a Steatoda grossa (cupboard spider) than the standard S. noblis.
